Terms
Terms of use
Plain terms for a plain tool. Last changed 10 October 2026.
What TotalHostNow is
A checklist tool that maps who holds the accounts a website depends on and applies the published rules on the rules page to your answers. It looks nothing up and holds no logins. It is general guidance, not legal, security or professional advice, and it cannot promise that following it prevents every problem.
Your Keyring
A Keyring opens with its private link. Anyone holding the link can open, change or delete it, so keep it like a key. We cannot recover a lost link because we only keep a scrambled form of it. Keyrings nobody opens for 400 days are deleted.
What you may not type
Passwords, usernames, recovery codes, card numbers or email addresses. The form tries to refuse text that looks like them (it cannot catch everything); please do not work around that.
Payments
The Keyring Pass is $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year. While the site is in preview nothing is charged. When payments start they run through PayPal, you can cancel at any time in PayPal, and the Pass lasts to the end of the paid period.
Fair use and changes
Daily limits stop automated abuse. We may change these terms; the date above changes when we do. TotalHostNow is run by WeldonPC (weldonpc.com), Ohio, USA.
